The ISTC Planning and Operations Branch is focused on providing the educational and training experiences necessary to facilitate the Special Operations Task Group (SOTG) Operations Planning Course and the Military Assistance (MA) Course.  Both of these courses are designed to provide NATO SOF personnel with training in a multinational environment that replicates situations encountered in the conduct of NATO or national SOF operations.
