A four-week Urban Combat Course designed to train SOF and SOF Support Soldiers to an intermediate level of room clearing; focusing on the principles and fundamentals, giving them the skills necessary to conduct close quarter battle during day and night operations in support of SOF missions. This course will provide lecture and practical based instruction to students on Combat Marksmanship, Close Quarter Battle, Urban Movement- to include the breaching shotgun, mechanical tools, and flashbangs; and Assault Level Planning. Emphasis on effectively operating as a single team as well as a Troop; maximizing survivability and lethality; Identify, assess, and engage targets quickly and accurately.
